the hardest time we had in stopping was when both of us decided to stop at the same time ...................... |

Well it's not really "never mind, you tried" but more accurately an ongoing and expensive way to commit slow speed suicide. |

Never mind you tried and you do both need to want to give up to succeed. Obviously for the sake of your health it would be a good thing and having designated smoking areas is a good start. My T went to outside only which did work eventually, especially when his work brought in smoking only in smoking room with a glass door so the boss could see who was in there and how often, he wasn't having that. |

If you haven't succeeded before, why not use the Sheffield Meet as the boost to get you started? |

I tried twice before finally quitting, and yes you have to want to do it for yourself and do it you will when you are ready. |

Uzzi, don't make a chore of it. You'll quit when you really want to. |

Det I do drag the e-cig out when I know I just need something in hand or mouth. I have no intention of renewing the cartridge mind it didn´t work when I bought it so I will use it as a prop now. |

Only smoking in a designated area is a good start. if you don't already, how about switching to the lowest nicotine level cigarettes available? |

Thank you Mersey and Emma. I am a tad annoyed at myself, but I will get there because now I want to do it instead of doing it for somebody else. *shrugs* |
