Thank you everyone for your prayers and kind messages. I keep thinking 'if only I had made more effort' years ago to keep in touch but I did try my hardest and everything seemed to go against me. As some of you may know we grandparents have no rights to see grandchildren when families split up. it is so unfair. :-(

Please can I ask for your prayers please for my granddaughter.

Its a long story but my son & d-I-l split up when their kiddies were young and although I tried hard to keep in touch their mum didn't want it, so we didn't get to see them. Then sadly their mum died, they then lived with their other nan and then she died. Their dad then had them back, remarried and they didn't get on with her so as soon as they were all old enough they all left home. Son has since gone his own sweet way(another story) I have been in touch with 1 granddaughter and although I havnt seen her we do keep in touch via f/book.

The other one dosnt want to know us.
We found out today (through the grapevine so to speak) that this one is very ill with cervical cancer. This is so heart breaking. She has not long given birth to a beautiful son.

I have messaged the one we are in touch with and sent our love etc but so wish I could give the other one a big cuddle.

They have all been through so much in their short lives that this is so unfair, but I suppose that's life.

Sorry to carry on so but please all say a prayer for her.
