Hi David,

Have you recovered your shared trees? If you're still having difficulty please email [email protected]

Regards,

Shelley

Open your tree
Underneath your name at the top of that pages is 'view other trees'. Click on that
The tree dashboard opens.
One tab says 'my trees', the other 'trees shared with me'
Click on Trees shared with me to Access those opened to you.

'Help' is on the line at the extreme top of this page in small writing next to your name.

Have you rejoined with a different email address ? If so your old info won't be accessible I think

To look look at possible contacts use the Search heading above. and search members trees putting in one of your tree names to see if anyone else is researching the same family

Hi,
Have been in retirement but still financial - all my shared trees have disappeared!

Also "Help" contacts seem to have become a thing of the past.

cheers
