What on TV makes you hide behind the sofa?

I don't leave the room, or hide behind no sofa.
I just turn over - that TV don't own me!!!

To be honest - I won't watch anything about ISIS, (why pump up prats) or anything political (same reason), so, basically I don't watch the news

For me it's any programme about eyes, I was cringing like a little girlie hiding behind my hands in Holby this week when they had to cut into an eye in an emergency. ;-).

Had to ask the Mrs when it was safe to look :-D

I don't know why because I have a fairly strong stomach (unless you count travel sickness and poopy nappies :-P) it just gets that reaction from me even if it's only acting :-S.
