I have input my family tree up to my father in law i have added his father and mother but only seem to have linked him to his father how do i amend this without creating a duplicate mother?

Welcome to the boards

See if this works

Open the side bar
Scroll down until you can see 'Relationships'
Click 'Add Mother'
Click the tab 'Find Existing'
Type in her name
Once you've found it, click 'Save'

Researching:
Dormant member as from 20 Sep 2019 . Click on my board name to send a message
