If you drink more than your GP then you def have a problem.

Blimey, I've started something here haven't I? Just to let you know I haven't had a drink since last Tuesday. I have made up a chart to keep a daily check on my intake, and weekly weight. I can assure you all that I have heeded the warning. I hope none of you giving advice (gratefully received) are smokers. That is something I gave up on 13th December 1967. Nearly fifty years, and my doctor's notes still have me as "ex-smoker"

and, yes, I'm still on the chart as ex-smoker!

My brother, photo taken in September 1991 just a couple of weeks before he died. ............................................................ To help us and to get better results, please post as much detail as you can, especially name, date(s) and place. Also say what you already know.

I've never smoked because I hate the smell. Both my parents smoked but my sister hated it too so she's a non smoker. My sister;s children are non smokers like mine :-)
