Amazon Prime charges anger customers.
Many customers are complaining they're being charged for Amazon Prime, even though they hadn't realised they'd committed to a contract.

Prime membership guarantees free one-day delivery on millions of items as well as a number of other perks.

I posted about this a few weeks ago along with the phone number to ring Amazon and get your money back. They refunded my £79.00 as I had not used Prime services. My bank said that they get several complaints a day about this.
