It was horrible, the most awful sensation. Trying to wake o.h. to enough sense to help remove the spider was a job in itself lol

ewwwwww, that's awful Liz, you must have been shuddering in fright.

The butterfly wasn't on my specs long enough to do anything or scare me too much, I just thought my migraine medication wasn't working :-D

I think the man with the moth eggs on his ear had them removed immediately!

That must have been awful, Scozz, very worrying.
I went outside one evening a year or so back and caught myself on a spider web across the patio door. I sat down at the computer and a few minutes later felt a tickling sensation in my ear. I assumed a moth had flown in and rushed up to o.h in bed asking for help to remove it. After poking about with a cottonbud, tweezers and a torch shinng in my ear, dropping water in, etc etc I poked my finger in and out flipped a spider -uuurggh! I don't think I had given it time to lay any eggs but now when I go outside I wave my hand in front of my face first to split any webs. Don't want any more tickly ears!

I saw that story....... ewwwwwww, the poor man. I hope he got them off!

We've had a lot (more than usual) of butterflies this summer...... including some big blue ones......... a beautiful "peacock" blue with black edging on the wings.

for a minute :-D

I went outside, two steps outside the door and suddenly........ I couldn't see........ I was "blinded" in my right eye.

I do get migraines, but usually with flickering "silvery" lights..... but this was weird, all I could see was black, with some flickering at the edges......

Took my glasses off..... and there was a HUGE black & white butterfly on the right lens.

:-D

I let him go.... being careful to take him to the other side of the deck, away from Boris the spider.
