Det back to a serious note a lot of summer holiday makers forget the hydration problem. I tell all my family and friends who come out in the summer ...no matter what DRINK WATER. I never used to until I moved here and trust me in the summer now it´s my 1st drink. :-D :-D

LOL - the other thing you need to consider about drinking in hot climates is dehydration.

The worst I've ever been was after 1/2 litre of a lager. I'd been fine with the same the previous evening, but that paricular day we'd done a lot of walking without re-hydrating. :-(

Det the (some) Brits get blotto´d out here because our measures are double what they are used to for either the same or less the price. If you are used to taking a tenner out and getting 2 drinks..well you can get a large wine for €1.50 and a pint for between €1.5 and €2.5.

Tescos have a sale they are selling 1lre decent spirits cheap. £15 for a litre. I can buy for less than €10 the same thing. that s about £7.50.
