A filter coffee maker which we were given a year ago. The instructions were easy to follow - its a shame it broke after c. 4 uses. :-|

Not wanting to embarrass the donor by asking for the receipt, we bought a replacement . That's been working fine for the last 12 months.

my Bamix hand held mixer and a Ninja chopper are two of the best gadgets I've ever owned - had the Bamix since 1972!!!

Worst - a gadget for putting transparencies on so they can be converted to a CD - spent hours putting thousands of them through this gadget - handed to my friend to put them on CD - and what happened - only two appeared and they were useless!!! :-S

Hello Elizabeth,
We bought ourselves a slow cooker, that we only used once. It was far to big for just the two of us, so son and daughter in law inherited it, and it is used continually.
We intend to buy a much smaller one this time round, perhaps it will be a good idea to take our glasses with us this time as well,so we can read exactly what we are getting. lol

Dear All

Hello

Hope you are okay and enjoying better weather.

Millions of pounds are spent each year by consumers who don't even get the appliance out of the wrapping box!

Food-processors, steamers, electric hair rollers, beauty appliances
are just a few to mention.

Now, how many of you have bought or been given electrical gadgets that you cannot figure out how to work?

What is the best and worst electrical appliance you have had over the years?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Take gentle care all
With best wishes
Elizabeth, EOS
