	After the heating company had finally rung me at 3pm and I had totally lost my longed for day out, we decided to go out for a bit of a drive locally so we went up over the downs. Well, yesterday, for the first time in months, I saw sunshine! Never have I derived quite such joy from seeing a bit of forsythia in a garden as I did yesterday. Last week I thought I had lost the fight and was really going to need some help and then Fred's mate mentioned how good it was to see me laugh at something again after so long. Must have been changing gear last week because, yesterday, I SAW SUNSHINE.

	Thank you so much Jean. That is a kind thought. I hope it all points to life looking up a long way, once I get some hot water and can go out in society again without stinking everywhere out.
