Fly <3 I'm feeling OK, albeit I'm a bit worried about this condition temporal arteritis (giant cell arteritis) that my consultant at the eye clinic of my local hospital thinks I might have :-S

In my corner of Kent we have a chilly but dry start to the day and the forecasters are saying that there should be some bright sunny spells throughout the morning, however, it will cloud over during the afternoon with some showers likely by this evening, some of these showers could be quite heavy, and it will be a cool day with the temperature hovering around 14C ;-)

So wherever you are and whatever you are doing today, take care, smile, enjoy, and make the most of your day :-) :-) :-)

And remember that although there will be times when there is nothing you can do to take away the grief of someone who has lost a loved one <3 however :-) by just being there for them you can make sure that they are not left feeling alone and bereft of all other feelings <3
