There's a tea garden in the Doone Valley where they make their own scones. They are huge (the scones - not the people who make them ;-) ). They're really nice too. :-) |

ME TOO !!!!put the jam on first then you can dollop the cream and mould it round to cover and sink your mouth into . PLUS more cream can be added when it oozes off side . LOVELY |

I am a Devon Girl ...But have to have Jam first and then a girt big dollop of good old clotted cream on top.I do remember as a child it was butter first ,then jam and cream. |
