Has anybody experienced problems bringing up an individual persons profile today?

I haven't been able to since yesterday.

I automatically open my internet connection using Safari and I have experienced exactly the same issues as Lavender.
Most of yesterday and again today.

I tried again using Internet Explorer and hey presto.... no problems.

It seems as if I'm not the only one, though. Everything else working for me. It's so frustrating as have some new certificates and excited to add my info.

Well it seems to have switched the search box so you cant specify UK results only

VERY annoying when searching to get USA etc results when only wanting UK results

Cant see how to switch back either

You should be able to use the drop-down box on the profile search page :-S

Have you looked for US records when searching from the Home/Opening page, perhaps for a Look-Up?? That sometimes makes is 'stick'.

they've been trying a new updated Search the last couple of days

...........since yesterday, I've been able to find the drop down box only after entering a name, searching and then the box appears to the left. Find UK and Ireland in the drop down box, click on Update

OR click on More Options in the Search area, the drop down box is there ..... plus all the other boxes that used to be on Advanced Search

I don't seem able to find the "old" Advanced Search tab that you used to be able to go to until I click on Edit Search



another new Search that will make things easier :-( :-( :-P
