I echo what Guinevere says. I don't contribute a great deal to the General Chat board but I read a lot of the posts and you always seem to be the voice of reason. Even when I don't agree I understand what it is you are saying.

I'll miss you, our Rose. I know I'll see you elsewhere but it feels like the end of an era. And another reason not to visit GR.

I will miss your insight and cogent contributions to these boards. I will miss your intelligent and well thought out arguments, even on subjects on which we disagree. You are a reminder of how it was here when the boards were buzzing and intelligent debate thrived. You're another name to add to the list of board friends who have departed GR, and it's already depressingly too long.

I will miss your wit and humour and your musical contributions. How will I know when Leonard Cohen is on TV without you to remind me?

I still wish you'd "do a Nigel" but I understand all your reasons. I just hope that you are tempted back when other things are less pressing.
