I don't sleepwalk, Andysmum, and didn't know 'exactly' where the dolls house stuff was.
Island, I think I believe more in the Borrowers than the paranormal :-D

Two weeks ago, I bought, in a charity shop, a battery-operated jar opener. It was still in it's packaging and hadn't been used. All I needed to get it working was to change the batteries, which I did, tried it out, and hung it on a rail (on/off button facing outwards).
About 2 hours later, I heard a buzzing noise in the kitchen, and found the opener, still hung up - working! :-S
This hasn't happened since.

This morning, whilst lying in bed, I felt something 'odd' against the skin of my leg. I reached down, and found a small plastic bag - about 1" x 2", containing a doll's house sized loaf! It was mine, but couldn't work out how it had got in my bed.
On changing the sheets an hour later, I found, again in my bed, another similar sized bag containing 2 doll's house sized brass door knobs. :-S :-S

Grandchildren haven't stayed since I changed my sheets last week.
I checked where the box of dolls house 'random stuff ' was - it is on a shelf in another bedroom, so I couldn't have trodden on them and 'walked' them into my bed - besides which, I don't walk around barefoot.
My cats don't get in my bed, ever, (they're allowed on a fleece on my bed, that's all) so they didn't bring them in.

Weird or what :-S :-S :-S
