MORNING ALL,
HAD A BAD FALL IN THE NIGHT
GOT UP AT ABOUT 1.;30,TO GO TO LOO
JUST COULDN'T MOVE MY LEGS, I HAVE
A HOSPITAL BED AND JUST FELL,HIT MY HEAD
ON THE METAL LEG AND FOOT.DID IT HURT,
OKAY NOW APART FROM RAGING HEADACHE.
