If you go to Contact us and click on Abuse, you get a form. Just change Abuse to Support (drop down menu) and fill in the rest. That goes directly to GR avoiding any email problems. Some reckon email is quicker although I have always found the form to be answered promptly.

The email address can be found by clicking on one of Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy or Company Information, under Site Links at the bottom left of every page.

It's hopeless!! I've made a suggestion about improving it, but the answer was that it was OK as it is :-( :-( :-( :-(

Under Help it lists Contact Us. Under Contact Us it gives links for Complaints, Advertising, etc., but for General Help it says See FAQs!! :-( :-S :-S

The best way, which you can only find by asking on here ------ is to email

I've been told there's a link to the support team under FAQ.

I can't see FAQ.

BUT! I have just noticed, on the left hand side of THIS screen (when starting a NEW thread).... there's an "Important Note"...............

Please do not post anything here which may offend, infringe anyone's rights, or breach the law.

If you see anything here that may do so, then please inform us of it using the contact us page.

There you go! If you have a problem contacting the support team, try starting a new thread.
