Help please. I have posted a message on Geneology asking for any information about this Gentleman who has appeared on my tree and I do not know who he is, has anyone any suggestions as to how I can find out? TIA

May there are a few trees on Ancestry with a William Gregson son of Thomas Gregson and Ann Bramwell. Married Mary Hill in 1842, Liverpool.

Do any of these names appear in your tree?

Thank you Claire, but no, I have no relatives called Gregson, this is why I thought this gentleman must have married into one of the families on my tree but while I was in Hospital half of my tree at least was sent to a Ged com file without my even asking or giving permission. so I cannot put my full tree up and try to find him.

I do have a link to Ken Anderson on my late Husbands tree.Claire, do you think you may have found something, my married name if Ledson and all the ancestors came from Mellling near Liverpool.

Hi Claire, I have privately e mailed Ken Anderton who kindly helped me to get started with the Ledson family who were on his tree, he was a Hot Match connection but I didn't ask for a sight of his tree, so hopefully he will answer and help me again. I am now going to go to people who I have had contact with in the past. and ask for a sight of his tree ,better late than never.
