Its bound to affect you OFITG...unfortunatley it literally is a time issue, and everyone can be different as you know, just take it easy for now and you know we are all here for you....even if it is just for a cheeky smile or 2 or 3 :-D :-D ;-) ;-)

Mersey <3 generally I am feeling not to bad thanks <3 except that last week they increased the dose of some of my meds and added 2 others - these changes are making me feel tired and the Doc days it is because my system has still to adjust to the new regime :-S

Here in my corner of Kent this morning it is cloudy with light rain at times :-( and the forecast is that the clouds will break up now and then :-) allowing some sunny spells to develop :-) and although the odd shower cannot be ruled out :-) and with temperatures of about 18°C :-) it should turn out to be quite a pleasant day :-)

So wherever you are and whatever you will be doing today ;-) stay dry, take care, smile :-) and enjoy yourself :-)

And if you are struggling to find the courage to cope or come to terms with something :-) just remember that courage doesn't always roar ;-) sometimes courage is that quiet inner voice at the end of each day saying <3 I will try again tomorrow <3
