After applying and getting a couple of emails I've only had one form to fill in. Edit: My application form came from Gov.uk team titled Your HMRC Marriage Allowance Link

	I know there was a thread but cannot find it. I received an email today giving me advice on filling in a further form as I have been accepted. There were queries as members had not heard anything.
