All those years her boys have gone on without her, how well they have done. I wonder if the Christening date for little Charlotte was chosen to be close to Diana's birthday.

It will be nostalgic on Sunday although Harry won't be there. What a wonderful Grandmother Diana would have been, especially to a little girl.

Hello

Hope you are all okay.

Lady Diana Frances Spencer was born in 1961.

Later, she would become Diana, Princess of Wales.

She would become the mother of two boys, William and Harry.

Her initial shyness in her royal role captivated millions. She was a breath of fresh air and her genuine compassion shone through.

Diana would have been 54 today.
