	It is just being reported that he died yesterday at the age of 88. RIP Val - he was a good entertainer.

	Loved him and his shows, my Mum loved him too. Takes me back to my teenage years watching him on TV, he always seemed such a nice person with a cheeky laugh. R.I.P. Val.

	Dear All Hello I adored Val Donnican. I remember it was standard viewing on Saturday evening to watch his shows. I loved the TV Christmas specials he did and he had some of the very best guests on his shows. He was also married to his wife for well over 50 years, a remarkable achievement in the entertainment industry.
