I would personally give it the '' ROYAL WAVE '' ;-), if you know what I mean :-D

We had one fly over us on Friday. We live behind Shepperton Studios thought it might be them playing silly beggars.

I was only joking about shooting it down. I don't like the idea of pictures of me sunbathing naked being put on utube! That also was a joke.

I have seen some very interesting video taken from a drone,

it was exploring a disused factory...........places where you could normally not be able to get to, like looking down the chimney stack........and over glass roofs......

It definitely should not have flown at twenty feet above Bob's garden. However it would not be a good idea to take physical action against it in case it cased damage elsewhere by crashing.

In America, it is reported that some parents buy guns for their youngsters as birthday/Christmas presents.

More sensibly in the UK, it seems Drones are becoming the current fad for such occasions. Hope the drones do not carry remote control guns on board.

If it was taking photos of Bob without his permission, it was apparently in breach of The Data Protection Act.

Rules/Laws about their use are still evolving, but this article is quite interesting.

Isn't there a rule about how close you can fly these things near buildings?

Or has Bob got an extremely large garden? ;-)

some of these are not spy drones...........but just elaborate toy helicopters..........

if you have a licence for the 12 bore .....go for it!

We saw one stuck up a tree in the local country park. My, how we laughed.

nice one Mayfield - my Dad would have had no trouble shooting it down

I would stand on the path, you don't want to damage the lawn! :-D

Someone flew one of those drone thing over my garden a few evenings ago while I was enjoying the evening sun and a drink. It hovered about twenty feet up for quite a while before flying off, and probably had a camera. Where would I stand if I took the 12 bore to it?
