	Evening Belle and Anne :-D :-D <3 <3 No, not Japanese :-0 - she's an exiled Geordie, like me :-D :-D She has a lot of trouble with her gullet, and a recent operation didn't really help :-( She can eat fish and chips, so maybe that will do if I don't come up with anything more exiting :-D :-D ;-)

	Evening Girleens :-D :-D :-D <3 <3 <3 Just had a phone call from one of my oldest friends - she and her boyfriend have spent a few days in North Norfolk, and they are coming to see us tomorrow :-0 I've invited them for a late lunch, and nothing I've got in is suitable for her, as she's on a very bland diet (think fish and rice, etc.) :-S :-S Got to rush to the shops again in the morning :-0 :-0 :-D ;-)
