Bike rides in East Devon are lovely especially in the clear fresh seaside air at 6:30am. Apart from a handful of dog walkers, not many about.

We have a warm and scummy start to the day in my corner of Kent :-) with temperatures already in the high teens :-) and the forecast is for a very warm day with long spells of unbroken sunshine :-) making it feel quite hot this afternoon as temperatures rise to a high of around 80°F :-(

So wherever you are and whatever you will be doing today ;-) take care :-) enjoy your yourself :-) and don't forget to smile :-)
