I whisked 2 eggs into some skimmed milk, stirred the remains of the last 2 evenings risotto, pasta and veg into it & microwaved it for four minutes - anybody remember the "I Hate to Cook Book"?

Came home from a day traipsing round shops trying unsuccessfully to find something to wear for a wedding. Was fed up, tired and hot and not in the mood to cook so tonight it was a shop bought pizza taken from the freezer and shoved in the oven. It wasn't very nice but a glass or three of Pinot Grigio helped it down. :-D :-D

salad as in the fruity side, with for me little salmon and for him an omelet with cheese and salmon. On the side is a home made smoothie with melon, orange, red fruits and kiwi.

Now isn´t that healthy cooking for me :-D :-D :-D Even I am impressed :-D :-D

I loooooooooooove Errol's idea for dinner tonight :-D

Venison is one of my favourite meats.

I don't do much cooking, OH does almost all of it .................. but we do not cook on a Friday night.

Tonight it will be a trip down to the local Japanese restaurant, as we do on at least 4 Fridays out of 5.

For me, either Pork Gyoza or Yakitori (chicken on skewers), maybe Miso soup, 3 or 4 Nigiri Sushi, 1 or 2 Maki sushi (rolls) ....... depends on how hungry I am, appetite is still not up to normal. I drink cold water and green tea

OH will have Miso soup (possibly), Ebi Sunomono, and 1 Maki sushi roll. He will have a glass of plum wine on ice.

all made fresh as we order ............... and VERY reasonably priced.

On returning home, I will have dessert .............. frozen soy dessert (ie, mock icecream!!) and fresh fruit, followed by a couple of dark chocolate covered ginger.

OH will have 3 or 4 chocolates from our favourite chocolatier.

W often have our salmon on a Saturday evening ........... but it HAS to be wild sockeye. OH usually poaches it in a lemony liquid, and we split 1 steak between the 2 of us.

Why does everyone else's meal sound more appetising than your own?? :-S

Smoked sausage served with lentils, passata, basil, onion and bacon lardons accompanied by mini yorkshires and garnished with parsley and slivers of parmesan cheese.
