	Yesterday I was up before ten, in the bath, properly dressed, shoes on, made a cup of tea for neighbour who came round. Her son (my age) had been to see a friend from the pub who has a smallholding and he had given him a lot of different veg. She brought me what they would not use, aubergines, peppers, beefsteak tom. I made a moussaka from scratch with some herbs from the garden and a bit of Quorn. Spuds and runners from the garden and a bit of Parmesan ends I had ground up. Fed three of us for not much more than a quid and I did all the washing up! That is the best I have done for months. Had to knit some dishcloth in the evening though. Bet I don't do as well today!

	Well done Sharron, I wish I had the same enthusiasm, hubby has had to live on take a ways or what ever he brings home at the end of his shift. Mind I did go shopping this week for food :-D

	OH has had a year and more of takeaways, unpeeled potatoes in the sink, him doing the shopping, a house full of dishcloths, the washing taking three or four days, the list goes on and on. I have been out of bed before midday two mornings running now. Must have started sleeping properly.

	Well done Sharron. We had takeaway last evening and have done often lately as I have not felt well and slept a lot. If o.h. can't be bothered to help out than he can't complain lol Lizxx
