Yes have tried it in safe mode and it gets so far as to open the desktop and then the floating message appear s again. I did try googling for it and that's what was said then to alter the revolutions but I can't get it to that stage . |

You need Rollo or Errol but as Joy says if you google it you will find that others have had the problem. |
