	Although the actual draw maybe live, the broadcast may not, as in our UK lottery how else would the "voice" be able to offer that particular numbers' previous details?? it would be relatively easy to "rig" the numbers drawn, for example if they wanted a super high payout, they know from the terminals what numbers are "rare" each ball would have a micro chip inside, and the gate could be programmed NOT to open while the "wrong" ball is there
