the good thing Diana did, apart from producing two lovely boys, was to bring the Royal family into the twentieth century and made them more people friendly

Diana was pretty and far to young
for somebody like Charles

was old before his years :-( :-(

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 3 Aug 2015 22:01

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 3 Aug 2015 22:08

exactly - that's down to Diana who gave her boys as much of a natural life as she could

JoyBoroAngel

JoyBoroAngel Report 3 Aug 2015 22:22

Both boys are a credit to their mother :-D :-D

Actually when Charles married Camillia he really stuck his two fingers up at royal protacol and said this is who I want as a wife and who I always wanted and I'm dammed going to marry her regardless,,,,,,,,,,,,,,like it or lump it.

I think when he went on that voyage *they* got him out into deep waters in order to cut all ties with Camilla...easy done in their circles...she just wasnt the right material for the future king, she didnt bring a title......so left alone she wed someone else..... :-D.

I always find it odd that Charles never seems to get any credit for 'the boys' :-S

Or Camilla, for that matter, but then we all know how ghastly 'step-mothers' are :-D

I truly believe that Charles is much to be credited for the way his sons have turned out ................

he had charge of them from the age of 15 and 12, and as I think we all know, steering boys through the teenage years can be harder than raising babies.

Diana laid the groundwork, Charles is to be credited for the young men they developed into.

It was not a snide comment about Duchess Catherine's hair!!!!!!!!

It was meant as a remark about what daft things make headlines.

:-(

I'd seen the article about the hair as well so knew you weren't being 'snide' ;-)

LS ...........

I also had seen that headline .........

........ and also remembered that there had been a similar headline soon after George's birth 2 years ago

I've never noticed grey in Catherine's hair. I'd like to know what colour she uses, because her always looks fabulous, lovely and shiny.

I'm not a royalist........ even though I'm related to them! True :-) The Queen is my 16th cousin twice removed.
