	yes and its every MoNday afternoon, used to be 2 weekly, but they decided it needed weekly through the best parts of the year. and a nice cup of rosy lee to finish off with :-D :-D

	I must be suffering from some sort of phobia. Have driven 20 miles today for a dental appointment, I arrived far too early. Not unusual for me. Being a lovely sunshine day, I decided to relax a bit in the local park rather than in the stuffy dentist’s waiting room. The park was full of youngsters on swings & numerous other gadgets - having the fun of their lives. It suddenly struck me that there were no other adults around & I became very anxious about my own presence there. I exited very quickly with fear & trepidation, heading back for my appointment.

	I am dreading the long dark mornings and evenings so am trying to make the most of this summer. The tea was rather nice and a chap made it too. No sexism there ;-) ;-) :-D :-D I declined the choccy biscuits though :-D :-D

	Dermot unfortunately that is the state of things these days. My OH took our grt grand daughter to the swing park and felt very uncomfortable because he was the only man there amongst mothers. I find that sad. :-(

	You do have to be sooooooo careful, Dermot <3 :-D I must admit when I pass the playground in the park I always look around to make sure there are no single men just loitering.....shame but a sign of the times :-( :-(
