I have to collect my "preparation kit" today.

If I can leave the house.

There was chocolate in the cupboard, last night I ate ONE square before I noticed it was Fruit & Nut.

I think I ate half a peanut.

I've been in the loo most of the morning.

Forget the preparation kit........ I'll just eat a few peanuts :-D

I watched "TravelGuide" on tv last night. Some holiday makers in Thailand were having one - not really my idea of holiday fun! :-D :-D

There is a holistic place across the road and I think they do them.

I took Fred over there once to have his toe-nails cut, at least I think that is what he had done.
