Errol bashing? you're the one who called people who watch wrestling morons and numbskulls etc - no one said such things to you

eRRolSheep Report 7 Aug 2015 22:47

So what precisely has this got to do with the original post that was reported and rightly reinstated ?

Or does this have more to do with Errol-bashing?

I've never called anyone names on this site - not a dimwit, a moron or a numbskull

SylviaInCanada

SylviaInCanada Report 7 Aug 2015 21:40

There is no free speech .................. if there was, no-one would be RR'd for anything

There is no acceptance .................. if there was, no-one would be called names by others, or driven off the site by harassment

and the rest, you can take as I said

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 7 Aug 2015 21:40

certainly not - I'm one of the dimwits who owned up to watching wrestling back in the day

SylviaInCanada

SylviaInCanada Report 7 Aug 2015 21:38

SylviaInCanada Report 7 Aug 2015 21:24

If I am honest ................

there is no free speech on here

there is no acceptance on here

There are cliques ..... I could name at least 3 different ones

There are people who are tolerated

There are people who are ignored

There are people who are hounded off the site.

There are people who keep returning despite the treatment they get from some people, because they have made a few friends and wish to maintain contact with them

That is my conclusion after being a member since 2003.

eRRolSheep

eRRolSheep Report 7 Aug 2015 21:02

Don't you just love this site and the open mindedness and general acceptance of opinion by the free thinking population?

Rambling Report 7 Aug 2015 18:08

lol @ Rollo's post :-)

I used to watch the wrestling on rainy Saturday afternoons when I was about 10, harmless enough.

There are worse things to have watched than a bit of 'theatre', still are. A little light relief where "everyone gets up and goes home afterwards" ( which is what my mum used to tell me if someone in a film died lol, usually in a cowboy film...guess which side I was on? ;-) ) is less traumatic these days than watching the real cruelty in the world. Unfortunately that can't be turned off so easily.
