Hmmm! so was I........

didn't the participants claim(or at least some of them) to be actors rather than Wrestlers?

No different from the wrestling farce that was on in the 60s and 70s,,,,,thousands of dimwits, morons and numbskulls delighted in it,even old granny was there with her waving brolly wanting to get in on the act........,,,,,,,perhaps your family watched Giant Haystack,,,,,,,, ;-)

it wouldn't be on tv if people didn't watch it!

Was it that Extreme Fighting, or whatever they call it?

I gather that a lot of women love that ......... and no, I've never seen it :-)

I guess that's what get for wanting to watch late night TV :-)

Does any dimwit actually watch this?

I have just turned the television on to catch some headlines and some sort of "wrestling" came on (obviously staged).

Except it wasn't wrestling really - it was just something to appeal to mindless numbskulls and morons who enjoy watching grown men pretending to kick thingy out of each other - great role models or what?

One was just pretending to stamp on another's chest - should our children copy that?

Absolutely ridiculous but I guess it appeals to a certain sort.
