Start moving some of his belongings to strange places...... his toothbrush in the fridge, his socks next to the onions etc etc....... he might get the message.

Maybe put some cutlery upstairs, in his bedside drawer. :-D and put an onion there too.

Perhaps he thinks the veg rack will be in the way in the kitchen?

As for eating his breakie upstairs - we are terrible creatures of habit ;-)

When we had the kitchen and heating and the infamous water heater done at the beginning of the year everything was in the wrong place and with my inability to do a job that takes more than four minutes, it is taking time to get everything decorated, sorted and back where it should be.

Most things in the kitchen, especially the food, is where it should be now.

I am just wondering why OH finds it necessary to store the onions on a veg rack in the front room.

Ever since Fred died, we have been able to use the downstairs as a downstairs but he still takes his breakfast upstairs every day too!
