I walked past what until recently had been a patch of waste lane. I was surprised to see that some major earthworks were taking place.

On asking one of the contractors what was going on, I was informed that the area was being developed as an Ophthalmological Hospital.

I can tell you that it was a site for sore eyes!



I once went to a social event wearing two monocles....I made a real spectacle of myself



I've got a small tic under my eye.

It's the right eye
