Member Since: June 2005 Posts: 8,791 Send Message	My nephew is in the US on holiday, having a wonderful time; he's posting on Facebook, so it's great to see what he's up to. He just posted a photograph of "food". He ordered a cheeseburger......... and got a hamburger with a grilled cheese sandwich inside it. Yup, a big "bun" with meat, pickles, tomato, lettuce and two slices of toasted bread & melted cheese. barf. :-S
