I read that too Ann. So although they advertise it as live, it is not.

It is recorded and edited. It probably takes about 3 hours to record, as the props etc need to be erected and dismantled.

Who know what is edited in and out?

I did read the explanation re the re-recording. Apparently they say this is quite usual with live shows to preserve the continuity. Who knows? :-S

Did anyone see Len on ITT? He was explaining the decision on Saturday night, shown on Sunday! That Peter was kept in, and Jamelia was voted out.

He suggested a line was drawn under it.

Oh dear there is a lot of disquiet in the camps about Jamelia going and Peter staying.

Someone else has said the results were fixed. It seems that the reaction to Peter's dance off were re-recorded and he got a standing ovation that time.

I do hope that it is not that way, it would be very disappointing indeed.

Although I have to say over the last few years there have been some that have won, that in my opinion should not have.

Still.............what do I know? :-( :-( :-(

Hayley, I agree big time. (but a have a secret something for Jay),
I wanted it to be Kellie and Peter in the Blackpool dance off, even voted for Jamelia to keep her in.

I don't understand why Kellie and Kevin were given the same marks as Anita and Gleb

Perhaps the judges kept Peter in because they didn't want Jay to be the only male Celeb left in the competition.

anyone notice that after Jay and Aliona were confirmed as "stayers" and the light went off them, they went into a long clinch - there's more to their partnership than just dancing :-D ;-)

Hello strictly fans..... I was slightly disappointed with this Blackpool show I was expecting more, the only outstanding dance for me was Anita and Glebs just brilliant and again under marked. I totally agree with motown Girl Peter was beyond useless in his dance and Jamiela danced him off the floor in the dance off IMO. Hopefully he and Kellie will be in the dance off next week this ever so humble being just doesn't wash with me he makes me cringe. Kellie gets on my wires coz she thinks she is ace. Jay another one so strongly over marked 1 decent jive and he spins round nicely that's it. Helen's whinging is grinding on me wires as well it ant ballet class sweetie you don't have to be the best all the time. Georgia is growing on me. Still think Anita will win. Also don't think Anton an Katie will make it to the final must of run out of ballroom numbers by now dying to see their samba lol Meooow. :-D :-D

I didn't like Jamelias dress either. Didn't like one she eore a few weeks ago either, a short, yellow, wrap around number.
It looked rather last minute to me. - as if something had gone wrong with the dress she was supposed to wear and she wore a last minute replacement instead.

Very sorry to see her to, I thought that she was better than peter both times this weekend.

Her dress thus week end just didn't look right at all.

I am slowly turning into. a member of the 'I want Kellie to go next' club.

Looking forward to next week, but I seem to recall that the week after Blackpool is often a bit of a let down
