Det I have had it working perfectly for 4 months, the final solution will be to contact Amazon.

Kense yes checked everything I can. It is sort of working at the moment. I.e. It is showing activity (steps) but only when it auto syncs, still for some readon won't pair the device. Shall wait and see. All this only happened after they ran an update to the App.

Oh dear. Can you send it back to them, or can they suggest a place who can fix it?

Technology can and is great, but sometimes advances are too fast for us to grasp. Don't you think they create a 'need' so the manufacturers can promote the 'new and improved' version?

Our washing machine has umpteen programmes. And which do we use? A hot one and a cool one. Just the two :-0

don't you hate it sometimes?

I have spent all day trying (and failing) to sort out why my Garmin Vivofit2 fitness band won't pair with the Garmin connect App on my Ipad. (If my mother was here and read that sentence she'd freak out, she had trouble sorting out the TV. OH has also had a go and failed. I have had (sketchy) support from Garmin europe (in Southampton) and her final suggestion is to set the band back to the factory setting. Nope, can't get it to do that either. Lovely when it was working but at the moment all it is is a good watch.
