I still have jokey emails and other messages from Deanna and Caz, hard to delete them, it feels wrong somehow.

Dear all

Hello

I remember Deanna too.

The lovely lady sent me a beautiful message for my birthday.

Rest in peace, our Deanna.

Sincere wishes

I still have some p.m's and mails from Deanna, and read them from time to time. She was a lovely lady, very special. X

Errol, can you be any nastier? You are one sick person!

Go boil your head!

Maybe we could ask for this thread to be "stickied" in memoriam.

Brenda, I am so sorry, I should have remembered that you lost your husband on the same day.

It must have been so hard for you today, I hope you felt your husband's strength with you.

I miss Deanna's calls, we used to giggle away like girls!

Yes I miss Deanna, despite her health problems she was always so cheerful on the board and in the many messages we exchanged. Can't believe it is four years. As you say Liz, we have lost so many lovely friends from here, we should appreciate the ones we have left.

Brenda, thinking of you today, very hard for you to have a funeral to attend on the anniversary of your husband's death xx <3

I remember Deanna very well.As Liz says, she was a lovely lady.I asked her once if she was named after Deanna Durbin...a lot of you won't remember the Canadian actress/singer who was very popular in the 40s/50s. And she was named after her.

I also particularly remember as she died the same day as my husband 4 years ago.

I am off today as well to the funeral of a neighbour who died of the same rare disease that my husband died of...brings it all back...it is a burial as well in the local church so a sad day..

Brenda xx

Four years ago our lovely Deanna died, it seems so long ago yet no time at all.

We have lost so many dear friends since then, so we should all try harder to keep the boards a good place to be, to welcome new friends and be there for old ones, and to be able to remember all the special people we have been privileged to know.

Miss you Deanna, lovely lady
