Vivien if you have two trees you will have had two accounts, one paid , one free, so one would be a different email and password to the other. |

Hi - I have not logged on for a while and my tree seems to have disappeared ! This has happened before as I appear to have created a tree at some time with just my details on it. This is the tree that is showing but my 'real ' tree which has more than a thousand names on it is not showing. Can you tell me how to access it I would be very grateful- Viv |
