you have an important hospital appointment that's 1hr 20 mins drive away so....

It's an early appointment, in order not to get stressed you:

wash your hair the night before
bathe
get your clothes out ready, bearing in mind X-rays of the lower limbs are involved
choose footwear that's suitable for the walk tests
put the appointment letter in your bag after checking AGAIN which hospital it's at
check there are no road closures online
get hubby to set alarm at silly o'clock

arrive at hospital and are lucky to find a disabled parking space right outside the main entrance...
go to the loo because there isn't a disabled one in the clinic I attend.
limp off to the clinic, hand your letter over and stand there whilst the receptionist looks puzzled and then says...











"your appointment is tomorrow"




and the next day you aren't well enough to travel
