Huge pan of greengage jam on the stove.

We had a money tree,it never did work. They call them dollar bushes in the Namib where they grow wild. That's not the world's richest country either.

Lets hope she has got a fruiting money plant, my wife has one in the greenhouse but I haven't seen a single fiver!

Sharron

Sharron Report 27 Aug 2015 13:14

She does get about.......... we didn't get any pineapples last year!

Our pineapples are really tiny...... they look like yellow hand grenades.

Sharron

Sharron Report 27 Aug 2015 12:56

She gets about a bit!

SheilaSomerset Report 27 Aug 2015 12:45

Alas, not in our clay-ey, shady bog garden! She'd probably have to go to Cornwall for those...

Sharron

Sharron Report 27 Aug 2015 12:42

That's where she gets them!

Do you grow pineapples at all?

SheilaSomerset

SheilaSomerset Report 27 Aug 2015 12:39

Oooh yum - we didn't get any greengages this year - think the tree has given up.

Sharron

Sharron Report 27 Aug 2015 12:34

You know the one who used to give pineapples to Fred?

She operates like the tooth fairy and has left a big bag of greengages on my doorstep so today must be greengage jam making day.
