I don't watch it but I heard that Farrah Abraham is in the house.

I watched Teen Mom ( Original Girls) from the start, and although MTV filmed them every year for the last 6 years, I did miss a few seasons.

The current season has just finished and I have always thought that Farrah (and her bonkers mother) both have mental health issues.
