I have elderly (in their 80s) parents and Dad particularly loves using the laptop.
Unfortunately he can be a little click happy and often gets himself into a pickle which means I become the telephone 'help desk'.

Even having 'do this, do that, what can you see?' conversations it can be frustrating on both sides and as I live some 40 miles away I can hardly pop over to fix it in person at the drop of a hat:-(

So my question is....Is there a way I can have remote access to their computer?

If anyone can help I (and Dad) will be eternally grateful :-)

Many thanks
Chris

free

TeamViewer is very popular too.
Don't use VNC all versions have serious security bugs.

My friend uses

TeamViewer to take over my laptop when I need him,
He is runs his own business for computers.
