Plastic bag charges as from 5 October

There's a charge for the majority of bags used in Wales. If I buy a dress then I have to pay for a bag the same as if I buy food from the supermarket. |

I don't think I would buy a dress (not that I wear dresses, lol) if they didn't put it in a bag. |

I wonder if you will be charged for a plastic bag, if you buy a dress for instance? |
