In domestic science lessons,we were taught to stir sauces in a figure of eight. That way the sauce dosn't stick anywhere on the base of the pan.I still do it a million years later. :-D :-D :-D

Just tried that Sharron and, yes, found it more difficult than with the right hand.

Oo, I fold my arms like a left-handed person.

Fred's mate uses his cutlery like a south paw.

With Fred having only the use of his left hand and me making him do things he didn't want to, I thought it a good idea to try out what I was making him do with my left hand.

Although he had used one of those lighters with a flint and a little wheel all for a great deal of his life, he never did get the hang of opening his hearing aids with his left hand.

Sending text to a landline, reminded me of when my granddaughter sent me a birthday message this way......

Listened to a very stilted female voice saying 'happy birthday nanny ...etc etc.' and ended with me hearing 'ex ex ex' (x x x ) :-D :-D :-D

to see yourself as the world sees you.........stand two mirrors at right angles, and view your reflection in the corner.....

try touching your right eye(for example) by watching the reflection.....or putting lippy on......

:-D I just checked and realise I stir both ways.

Yes, often get my slippers wet when lured into the garden by something I see needs doing. I garden in whatever I have on and rarely paint so don't keep old clothes. (other than those I wear Lol!!)

I often find I wait in all day for smething and it arrives after I have given up, then I realise that I could have gone out and got backi time after all. This even happened yesterday when OH was tracking something which told him it was on the van for deliveryat 7am. It arrived after 3.30pm. :-S It was tracked by a message on the landline phone which he couldn't understand properly, when he questioned the post man (Parcel Post) when he finally arrived he said 'Oh it is a landline number'. He was sending out texts on his mobile. You'd think somebody local would recognise a land phone number when sending it wouldn't you? Obviously not got one himself (I didn't see how old he was).

most lefthanded people fold their arms with the left hand crooked down in their right elbow,

and why does it feel strange to link your fingers in prayer fashion the opposit way.

why do we have a good side face yet full on it looks the same.
