It isn't my opinion really Gins.........I simply looked at what had actually been said and no way did he say he hated Yorkshire people.

I do not think Cameron said 'he' hated Yorkshire people, I don't think I actually said that.

It was the 'we thought' that I was questioning. Who is 'we'

David Cameron is like every other politician he talks in "we" speak. You listen to the Americans running for office etc , it is all, we can do it, yes we can lower the taxes or we can up the ante. We will fight them on the beaches.. Hilary is doing the we thing, Trump is doing the we and the I thing.. but all of them do it in some shape or form.

One of our politicians had his platform "Can we fix it , yes we can" to the tune of Bob the Builder.

very true, Cyn ...... that is indeed as it reads, and is so obviously a wrong interpretation of what was actually said.


Much as many media headlines or politicians misinterpret what others say ........... or "twist" to fit their own agendas, as some would think.
