"How do I get a password reminder?

If you still have the same email address that you registered with but can't remember your password, you can visit the password reset page. On this page you can request a password reset link which will be instantly sent to you by email.

Please click on the link in the email and you will be directed to a page where you will be able to reset your login details.

If you still can't sign in, please send your name, year and place of birth and the email address you registered with to our Customer Support team who will be happy to help you."

Thanks, Vera, I never log out so have never needed to log in. Now I realize that I have no idea what my password is.

Assuming you have never signed out and so haven't needed to sign in as such...

If you go to 'Account ' at top of page and click on where it says "change email or password" you will see that you can't change the password unless you know it... but it does tell you the email address you used to sign in ( if you see what i mean!)

if you sign out and then sign in with that email address you will see just below the password box

"Forgotten your password? Please note that passwords are case sensitive." you can click on 'Forgotten your password" and GR will send an email to you and you can then reset it.

Margee, you log in with your email address and password. I had a go at posting a reply without being logged in and it was not possible.

Haven't you used them to sign in?
Your username (for signin purposes) should be your email address and you can reset your password.

Am I being stupid here? Surely you must have logged in with your password in order to post a topic on the board. :-S

Does this site have user name & password? By user name do you mean board name?

It's been a while since I have used the site, does anyone know where I can find my user name and / or password?
